Congo Hills Club will consist of 30 self contained bungalows.
This includes swimming pools, clubhouse / restaurant, children's play area
and a gym. The newly finished Club Area has guest rooms that are available
for the convenience of the bungalow owners. There are five different home designs available from which to choose. Each bungalow has a view of the ocean, a rooftop deck to enjoy the sunsets and parking spaces.
The bungalows are located on either side of the Club area to provide easy access to all amenities. Bungalows start from $125k for a one bedroom
and $135k for a two bedroom.
Congo Hills Villas are turnkey ready villas that are custom designed for the resident. Prices are available upon inquiry.
Congo Hills Lots are lots available for purchase.
They range from 1000 sq meters to an acre or more depending on your preference. These lots
are reasonably priced and can be financed up to 70%. There will be
some restrictions on the building code so as to blend in with
the other structures within the Congo Hills community. We can provide for
all your building needs be it a summer home, B&B or small hotel.
Congo Hills Acres is a large area within the development with lots from 1 to
2 acres in size. These lots do not have ocean views and are limited to construction of 2% to keep the green areas in tact.
Congo Hills Condominiums will consist of up to 60 condominiums in total.
All condominiums will have ocean views. There will be 1 and 2 bedrooms
designs available as well as a limited number of penthouses. Prices for the condominiums are available upon request.
